1. Acceptance
By using corplus.ae you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Quote-based model
This site does not process payments. Adding products to your cart and submitting a WhatsApp enquiry creates a quote request — not a confirmed order. We will respond with pricing, branding options, and delivery details within 48 hours. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment per our invoice terms.
3. Pricing & taxes
Listed product images and descriptions are for reference. Final pricing depends on quantity, branding, and delivery requirements. All quotes are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Branding & customisation
Logos, artwork, and brand assets you provide remain your intellectual property. By submitting them you grant us a limited licence to reproduce them on your ordered items. We may showcase finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Cancellations
Quote requests can be cancelled at any time before order confirmation at no cost. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, custom-branded items are non-refundable.
6. Returns & refunds
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. Custom-branded and personalised products are not eligible for return unless defective or misprinted, consistent with our cancellation policy above.
Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
How to return: Contact us on WhatsApp +44 7826 646727 or email sales@corplus.uk with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.
Return costs: For defective or incorrect items, we cover the cost of return shipping. For any approved non-defective standard-stock returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the correct product at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
7. Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates. Standard lead times are quoted per order — typically 5–10 business days for branded items. Risk passes to you on delivery; please inspect packages on receipt.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
